We live as individuals in a world with many and different communities. The purpose of the groups is to create common spaces where individuals can express themselves, connect, and understand each other. Within the supportive framework of the group, where non-judgment is ensured among the members, all individuals’ narratives are of equal importance, and each person benefits from the group process even when they are not sharing their own story.
The group functions as a source. The members are supported, set goals, share experiences, and are encouraged to take action. Like every source, the group is also precious for our psychological and emotional world, which interacts daily with many different socio-political-economic stimuli.
In a respectful, accepting, and confidential environment, participation in the group allows people to connect with themselves, understand and explore their relationships, involve themselves in collectives, find relief in difficult times, be accompanied in their experiences, and gain strength and safety.
All groups are governed by rules and the principles of confidentiality, non-judgment, and the avoidance of offering advice to other members.
The group is intended for healthcare professionals, teachers-educators, or anyone engaged in intense cognitive and emotional processing in their daily life and needs to release tension by using their body more actively. In this group, participants are invited to move and feel their bodies, finding relief and engaging in self-reflection through movement. This is a support group where the goal is for members to express and release emotions through guided movement improvisation and discussion.
The group consists of 8 to 10 members, and meetings are held on a biweekly basis. Each session lasts 120’. The group is open-ended and long-term. Depending on participants' needs, it can be mixed or consist of members from the same professional field (e.g., only healthcare professionals or only educators, etc.). An individual meeting with the therapist is required before joining. No prior experience with movement improvisation, dance, or other methods is necessary.
The group is intended for individuals who have worked on personal issues in individual sessions with the therapist and wish to continue their self-exploration in a group setting using creative approaches.
Members will have the opportunity to explore issues, conditions, relationships, and life experiences through systemic sculpting and psychodrama, as well as through the use of symbols, movement, painting, collage, etc.
The group consists of 6 to 8 members, is mixed, and periodically welcomes new members. Meetings take place on a biweekly basis. Each session lasts 120’.
This group is designed for individuals who wish to explore and reflect on how they connect with themselves and others through the use of genograms. In systemic therapy, a genogram is a tool that visually represents our family as we experience it, illustrating our existence, roles, and relationships with other family members. It functions like a family tree but also reveals relational patterns, learned ways of connecting with others and our experiences, as well as many other valuable insights about our lives.
In this group, each member constructs, presents, and discusses their genogram to gain a deeper understanding of where they come from, how they exist and relate, and how they wish to connect in ways that are fulfilling for them. Individual experiences and relationships serve as an opportunity for members to discover common or different relational patterns. The group also invites all members to focus on each person's strengths and how they utilize them to overcome obstacles and take action in their lives.
The group consists of 6 to 8 people and is closed. It is mainly addressed to students of psychology or pedagogy, but also to any person who wishes to work with themselves in this way. A certain number of meetings are held -approximately 10 depending on the number of members. Meetings are held weekly and each meeting lasts 120 minutes.
To participate in the group, each member must first attend individual sessions with the therapist to establish a therapeutic alliance and assess their personal needs.
